TONE DENSITY & COLOR ROTATION
Black-1.5%; Cyan-1.25%; Magenta-1.2%; Yellow-95%. Four color process will be printed only in the percentages listed above.
COMMISSIONS & CASH DISCOUNTS
15% to recognized agencies. 2% 10 days from invoice date; net 30 days. No agency commissions allowed on accounts not paid within 30 days.
PREFERRED POSITION (when available)
10% extra per insertion per page or fractional page.
BLEEDS
No charge for gutter bleed on two page spread.
CLASSIFIED
No agency commissions. No cash discounts. $1.00 per line, 40 characters per line. Publication box numbers are available at $3.00 additional.
RATE POLICY
All advertising orders accepted subject to the "Terms and Conditions" stated below. Orders are accepted subject to change in rates upon notice from publisher. However,contracts may be cancelled at time change in rates becomes effective without incurring a short rate adjustment, provided contract rate has been earned up to date of cancellation.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A 1 1/2% per month interest rate will be charged to all accounts not paid within 60 days of invoice date.
ISSUE AND CLOSING DATE
Published bi-monthly: December, February, April, August, October. Issued the third week of the month published. Insertion orders classified and copy must be received before the 20th of the month preceding that of publication (e.g. May 20th for June issue).
CREDIT INFORMATION
Credit is extended only to well-established accounts or those meeting our credit requirements. Completed credit applications must be received by the publisher 30 days prior to insertion date.
ADVERTISING COPY MATERIAL
High-resolution PDF files are preferred. You may also send high-resolution JPG or TIF files. All advertising material must be submitted in CMYK format. (RGB colors are not guaranteed to print correctly.
INSERTS
Five samples of insert are to be sent to publisher for inspection before order can be accepted. Inserts are billed at the earned black and white rate plus any additional production cost incurred. Each advertising page of an insert is considered a separate insertion when figuring earned frequency rate. Rates for backup and printing paper in excess of 100 pound weight will be quoted after inspection of sample. Undersized and odd-sized inserts will be charged a premium.
